All shop prices are indicated both 20% VAT included and excluded.
All prices are prices per piece, unless differently indicated in the product details.
General terms and conditions of sale Feestwinkel.eu
The following terms and conditions are an agreement by and among De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. and the customer. These conditions will be strictly interpreted according to the law. The legality, validity and enforceability of other clauses in these genral conditions will not be affected if one of the clauses is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable. By ordering, the customer accepts our conditions. De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. has the right to modify these conditions.
Registration of personal data
Registration is necessary to place an order at Feestwinkel.eu. Every customer receives upon registration a personal identification code and password. All personal data provided during the registration process only will be used for internal purposes (shipment and invoice). No data will be transferred to third-parties. The customer's email address will never be used for commercial purposes, unless the customer signs up for our newsletter. At all times, the customer can request and modify his data including his personal identification code.
Only registered customers can place an order. Once you have placed an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email, which concludes a purchase agreement between De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. and the customer. The customer has the right to cancel his order free of charge within 24 hours after receiving this confirmation. After this period, the order is considered definitive. De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. has the right to refuse an order and this without rendering any account. For orders placed without confirmation, that exceed the indicated quantity or that cannot be delivered in time, extra administrative costs will be charged at the value of 5% of the total price amount, at a minimum of €5.00 VAT incl.
Items ordered with 'offline payment' will be put aside for max. 14 days. If we did not have received any payment after this period, the customer will have to place a new order in order to lay claim to these items. Paid orders will always be given preferential treatment. Items ordered with 'pay upon pickup' will be put aside until the date of pickup determined by the customer. After this period, the customer will have to place a new order in order to lay claim to these items.
Payment can be made through the secured page of Ogone by Visa, Mastercard, Dexia Netbanking, ING Home Pay and KBC Online. If the customer does not dispose of these payment methods, he can opt for a bank transer or for paying upon pickup.
De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. handles all orders with the greatest care. Except for different prior agreement, goods are delivered at our address: Nederenamestraat 116, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium.
If ordered products are to be shipped towards the customer' address, extra sending costs will be charged. The total price is indicated in the shopping basket. Not until the money due has been paid, the order will be completed.
Deliveries are carried out by the courier service of GLS or by postal service. GLS delivers parcels between 9:00am and 5:00pm at the address as indicated by the customer. In case of absence, the parcel will be represented the next day free of charge. If a third attempt is needed, the full shipping cost will be charged once more. Therefore, it is recommended to give a delivery address where someone can be present.
Available items can be delivered within 2-3 days. In case the customer wishes to order items that are currently out of stock, he will be informed about the delivery time within 5 days. If the delivery time of non-available items does not fit with the customer's wishes, he has the right to cancel his order.
The transport of the products will be held at buyer's risk, cost and expense.
Sending costs towards Belgium and the Netherlands are €9.00, towards Great Britain €15.00 and go for a maximum weight of 10kg. If the order exceeds the maximum weight, the customer will be informed by email about the extra sending costs. Just like any other order, these extra costs have to be paid in advance.
Right of Revocation (return)
If the purchased product does not meet the customer's requirements or expectations, the customer has to right (of renunciation) to return the product (under certain conditions) within 14 days after delivery to De Feestwinkel BVBA -Ltd.
Clothing (costumes, hats, masks, wigs) can be returned provided that they have not been worn and are undamaged.
Packed products can be returned if the package is intact. If the package has been opened or damaged, the customer has no longer the right to renounce his purchase.
De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. will refund the total money amount (sending and banking costs excluded) into the bank account which should be added to the returned products. Returning costs are at the customer's expense in this case.
Product colours may deviate from the images shown at our site due to image quality or screen settings.This is no valid reason for free return.
If the customer keeps his purchased products longer than 14 days, the products are considered to be definitively bought.
Products especially ordered on a customer's request cannot be returned.
How to return products?
The return product has to be sent well packed and sufficiently stamped to: De Feestwinkel BVBA, Nederenamestraat 116, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium.
In the event of a defective product upon receipt, the customer has the right to exchange this product within 7 days after delivery. Returning costs are at the customer's expense, except for the exchange of a defective product, as in this case, De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. will refund the returning costs within 30 days.
Disputes and complaints
If the customer should have any complaint or question about products delivered by De Feestwinkel BVBA-Ltd. or about the order procedure, he can send an email to email@example.com or write a letter to De Feestwinkel BVBA, Nederenamestraat 116, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium.
In case we fail to fulfil our obligations, the consument, i.e. a natural or legal person who only appeals to our company for non-commercial purposes, has to right to claim compensation before court in accordance with Common Law.
All our agreements are subject to Belgian Law.
If the customer is a natural or legal person and only appeals to our company for non-commercial purposes, all disputes will be settled in the court where the customer is located. All other cases are subject to the district courts of Oudenaarde.
